This is the spot where Buddy finally fell and died. Notice the outcropping of rock close by not to mention all around where he fell.

Apparently this officer was to busy to even call for Fish and Game to dispose of the little deer and I am told he was buried on the Zinich property where he spent a good deal of his time.

This photo was taken back up on the roadway.
You can plainly see that from this vantage point that neither the barbed wire fence nor this little deer could be seen.
